Every year, close to 40,000 visitors come discover the 29 acres of ecological theme gardens of the Parc Marie-Victorin.

The Parc Marie-Victorin’s seasonal team is made up of 50 seasonal employees, 12 of whom are part of the horticultural team that works to maintain and enhance the beauty of this grandiose site.

FUNCTIONS

Under the supervision of the head horticulturists, the general helper will perform lawn maintenance, trails, floral arrangements, the making of mosaicultures and any other related task.

Required qualifications

Word-related experience: An asset

Description of skills:

Interest in horticulture and outdoor work;
Attention to detail;
Ability to work in a team;
Good physical condition.

Language requested: French spoken and written

Number of hours per week: 40.00

Diverse conditions: The candidate will be called to water the site one weekend out of 5. The candidate will also be called upon to work according to weather conditions.

Position from April to October.

Duration of employment: 26 weeks.
