FUNCTIONS

  • Answer to the demands of the employees of the reception, animation and customer service team during the absence of the coordinator;
  • Participate in the tasks of the reception and animation team in peak visitor times;
  • Ensure the quality of the customer service;
  • Participate in the preparation process of the shop souvenirs, ensure follow-up of the purchases and orders, maintain the inventory level according to the needs, perform the labelling and merchandising of the products;
  • Handling bank deposits.

Job requirements

Job related experience: an asset

  • Has the best interest for customer service;
  • Being independent, curious and creative;
  • Expresses her-himself with respect and tact;
  • Versatile, great sense of initiative;
  • High stress tolerance;
  • Bilingual, an asset.

Type of job

  • Seasonal employment, April to October; renewable each year;
  • 20 – 25 hours per week. It is possible to do full time by accumulating hours for other tasks;
  • By day, weekdays and weekends (alternating);
  • Training on site.

Remuneration

16$ – 18$ per hour
