Bar Manager

The team of the Parc Marie-Victorin implements everything at its disposition in order to create magic and joy for each visitor who enters the gardens.

All year long, the Parc Marie-Victorin is hosting multiple corporate and private events. We are searching for a bar manager for these events.

FONCTIONS

• Set up the bar for each event;
• Ensure the inventory of beverages and equipment;
• Ensure the management of the inventory of beverages and equipment;
• Ensure the management of the team of barmaids and the scheduling;
• Ensure to maintain the standards of quality, customer service, hygiene, cleanliness of the premises, health measures and work security;
• Offer an excellent customer service;
• Handle cash register transactions;
• Opening and closing of the bar and cash register alternately with the team.

• Loves to work with the public;
• Excellent team spirit;
• Excellent organization skills;
• Capacity to handle stress;
• Work experience, an asset;
• Bilingual, an asset.

Type of job

• Part-time, depending the events;
• High season : May till October;
• Low season : November till April;
• Flexible schedule, possible to accumulate additional hours by executing other tasks;
• Day and evening, weekdays and weekends;
• Training on site.

Remuneration

• 16$ – 18$ per hour + tips
